PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION
After analyzing the land in its historical, patrimonial, social and urban components, we identified several problems:
Difficult access (road and pedestrian)
Excess of urban barriers
Fragmentation of the urban and social fabric
Dehumanization of the territory
Vurban heartburns
Lack of public space systems
Lack of services and equipment that foster the economy
Devaluation of the natural heritage
Çhowever, some of these problems also appear as opportunities for intervention, transforming the space without ever losing its identity. The territory that is not very humanized can encourage the creation of calmer spaces, far from the hustle and bustle of the city and in which the empty spaces provide the creation of public spaces or equipment that help to develop the quality of life of the residents of that area._cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
